To start, please go to the top right corner of your screen and click on the dropdown by the Welcome verbiage. From there, click on My Account. This will lead you to the General Information section.

Under General Information, you will be able to modify the primary user’s password. Simply enter your current password, then create your new password and confirm it by re-entering it.

On the bottom right corner of the General Information section, you will be able to make changes to your location by clicking on Manage Location. When you click on edit, it will take you to a page where you can see all the details we have regarding your location. Click on any fields that you would like to make changes to and click on “save location” when you’re done.

Alternatively, if you have a second location to add, by clicking on the Add Location icon, you will be taken to an empty form to be filled out. Simply fill out all the fields then click “save location”.

Moving back to the General Section, we have Manage Subscription right below Manage Location. In this section you will be able to view information regarding your package as well as your payment method and last transactions.

Moving forward into Secondary Users, this is where you can add more users into the system. You may add as many as you would like. To add a secondary user, enter their email address, create a password for them and confirm it. From there, you will be able to utilize the fields to the left to tell the system what sections of the dashboard the user may have access to. You will notice that there are more specific permissions under the inventory section. Super Admin gives a user the same visibility of the My Inventory section as a primary user does. As you move down. Admin prevents them from changing information under the Admin Details section. Marketing and User allows them to view the inventory page however they won’t be able to view the Admin Details page and they will only be able to edit: the description, features display, and images. All other fields will be visible but not editable. And with “not visible”, they will not be able to view the inventory page. Once all the relevant permissions have been selected, click on Update Users and the information will be saved. 

The next section is the Default Inventory Description. Here you will be able to add disclaimers to your inventory. By adding content to this section, all your units will have this same exact verbiage right below their unique description so make sure that you are adding a message you feel pertains to all your units. Once you are happy with your verbiage, simply click on the save button on the bottom of the page and it will populate on the website. 

Image Overlays are banners located on the top and/or bottom of an image. In this section, you will be able to set up a default overlay for your website, if you wish to do so. By setting up a default overlay, this would automatically add an overlay to all of your units.

Under Image Overlay, you may pick if you would like to maintain the overlay disabled, if you would like all of your images to have the overlay, or if you would prefer that only the first image of each unit has an overlay.

The upper overlay will allow you to add a banner to the top of the image. You can choose between adding:

• Your dealership name
• Your phone number
• Your location name

You will also be able to pick the text size, text margin, as well as the transparency and color of the banner. As you make changes, you will notice that the example image will change as well.

The lower overlay will have the same features that would show under a banner that would show  on the bottom of the image instead.

The logo overlay allows you to add a watermark to your pictures. Simply upload your logo under Load a Logo and choose the position as well as the width of the image. You will notice the modifications you make to the Logo Overlay section will also show on the example image.

Once you are satisfied with your changes, click on save and your overlays will start populating in the website. Please allow up to an hour for the overlays to be visible.
