Website emails are hosted through OpenSRS

The mail servers are:
mail.b.hostedemail.com
IMAP: 993 (SSL enabled) or 143 (SSL disabled)
SMTP: 465 (SSL enabled); 25, 587(TLS), or 8025 (SSL disabled)

Outlook Email Setup

iPhone/iPad Email Setup

1. On your iPhone/iPad, choose Settings > Mail > Accounts, then select “Other”

2. Select Add Mail Account, then fill out the account information (user email and password you received from our team)​

3. Click Next, then add the server information.​​

4. Host Name for Incoming and Outgoing will be mail.b.hostedemail.com

5. User Name will be the user's email address (ex. name@domain.com)

6. Select Next.

7. After verification, select Save.

Android Email Setup

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.

2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.

3. Tap Add another account.

4. Choose the type of account you want to add (Select Other)

5. Enter the user's email address (ex. name@domain.com)

6. Select Next

7. Select Personal (IMAP) for type of account

8. Enter the user's email password> Select Next

10. Enter mail.b.hostedemail.com for Server> Select Next

11. Enter mail.b.hostedemail.com for SMTOP Server > Select Next

12. Choose your account settings > Next

Windows Mail App Setup

1. Open the Mail App

2. Click on Settings (gear icon) in the bottom-left navigation pane

3. Click Manage Accounts

4. Select + Add Account

5. Select Advanced setup

6. Choose Internet email

7. Enter the following information in the Advanced setup window:

• Email address: (ex: name@domain.com)
• User name: This is your full email address
• Password: Enter your email account password for the email you are using.
• Account name: This is the name you'll see in the left pane of the Mail app and in the Manage Accounts pane. You can choose any name you want.
• Send your messages using this name: Enter the name you want recipients to see when they receive your message.
• Incoming email server: Enter mail.b.hostedemail.com
• Account type: Choose IMAP4
• Outgoing (SMTP) email server: Enter mail.b.hostedemail.com
• By default, all four checkboxes at the bottom of the window will be selected. Most email accounts don't require any changes to these options.
