1. To set up texting directly from your website, go to the Manage Account icon located on the bottom left corner of the main screen.
You can also access your Account page by going to the top right corner of your screen and clicking on My Account
2. Once you are on the My Account page, click on the Manage Locations icon located on the bottom left side of the General Information section.
3. Click the location you would like to edit
4. Scroll down to SMS then select the number you would like text messages forwarded to & click enable SMS. Make sure you input a text-capable phone number to ensure it works.
**Please Note** Your phone SMS number will not be displayed to customers with our SMS feature.
Permanent Phone checkbox allows the system to create a permanent fake number that the customers will see when they connect with you through text. Leaving it unchecked will make it so that the system will rotate fake numbers whenever customers message you. Having a permanent phone number or not is a personal preference and you may utilize it if it works best for you and your team.
