1. Interactions allow you to keep a record of what you have discussed with the customer. You can add interaction with your customer by clicking the + Add Interaction button.
2. A pop-up will show where you can select how you contacted your customer → Click Save

Contacting customers out of our CRM is easy and fast.
- To get started click Contact. You can Text or E-Mail your customer right out of our CRM. You can view your interactions with your customer out of the main CRM screen.
- Select "Send Text" or "Send E-mail".
- Utilize pop-up to send desired message.
