Our CRM allows for you to receive reports on the status of leads by salesperson.
- If you are a salesperson, you can choose to send yourself daily reports on the status of your leads. This allows you to keep track of your customers and make sure each has been contacted.
Setting Up Daily Digest Recipients
1. To begin setting up your daily digest, go to the CRM tab, then Daily Digest.
2. Select the contact name of the person to send the report.
- Note - Anyone eligible to receive the Daily Digest must be fully set up in the CRM.
3. Select the Location
- This feature allows you to select more than one location or just one (if necessary).
- For example - if you have a sales manager that oversees all of your dealerships and wants that person to see the reports for all locations → select all locations in the second menu.
