Creating A Email Campaign
1. To get started, click the CRM tab then click Campaigns.
2. Select + Create New Template Email.
2. Select either a blank template or use one that we have constructed.
- For this example we will use the blank template.
3. Add a block to your email by clicking the add button or dragging and dropping it in place. This functions similarly to constant contact.
4. Next you can click the newly placed block to add an image.
- NOTE: You can change text and add hyperlinks to each block as needed. Most dealers will add a button or hyperlink back to their website.
5. Click the Style button to change color and text sizing.
6. After you have edited your email make sure to click Save.
7. Under CRM> Email Campaigns you will see a list of any already created campaign templates. You can rename your email from this screen for organizational purposes.
- NOTE: Click the pencil icon to the right of the template to edit it.
Creating a Drip Campaign
1. Drip campaigns can be scheduled and automatically sent out to specific customers or leads. To start, visit the CRM Page and choose the Email Campaigns tab then click Drip Campaigns.
2. On the Drip Campaigns tab click +Create Email Campaign.
3. Input the following information:
- Campaign name- make this title something that you will remember the campaign by.
- Campaign subject- this will be the title of the email that your customer will receive in their inbox
- Unit category- if you only want this email to be sent to customers who only inquired about a certain unit category. For example, if you are having a sale on dump trailers you can create an email campaign that is only sent to customers who contacted your dealership about a dump trailer.
- Template- select the template that you want to send out
4. Click Save and your new campaign will be activated and thecustomer will begin receiving emails.
Creating An Email Blast
1. To get started click + Create e-Mail Blast
2. On the new page, input the following information to filter who you want to message:
- Campaign Name
- Campaign Subject
- In the Last Days (Contacts any Lead Generates in this Interval) - This will be a number #
- Customer Acquisition
- Unit Category
- Brands
- Archived Status
- Location
- Send From (Leave blank to use default)
- Template - Templates you've created
- Date - Date your email will send
3. Click Save to schedule the email to be sent out.
NOTE: Visit the CRM dashboard to see all campaigns and the Status of your emails. (Delivered or Not). If your email has not yet been sent, you can edit it by clicking the pencil icon.
