Adding A Page To Your Website
1. To add a page to your website go to My Website then Pages
2. Click +Add Page
3. Select the Page Type from the following:
- Simple Pages
- Content Page (CMS)
- Content Page with Contact
- Home Page
- My Locations / Contact Page
- Gallery Pages
- Gallery Page
- Gallery Slider
- Filterable Pages
- Inventory List Page
- Parts List Page
- Customized Showroom
- Inventory Listing Lite
- Inventory Listing Details
- Inventory Listing Hybrid
- Inventory Listing Hybrid w/ Secondary Image
- Inventory Listing, Double Quadrant
- Special Pages
- Site Search Results Page
- Page Not Found Error Page
- Menu Items
- Menu Item (To add sub-pages without link)
- Menu Item Link
4. Add the Title - this is the title of the page that shows on your website.
5. Add a Page Parent (if necessary) - if you would like to create a subpage select the page that you want the page to show under. For example - if you would like to create a subpage called Car Trailers under All Inventory → Click All Inventory
6. Add Page Content.
- Type in the information that you would like to show on this page. You can insert pictures, and emojis, embed videos, change font colors, and much more. This follows a similar format to what can be found in Microsoft Word.
- Meta Description - This is the description that shows up under the main page link in popular search engines like Google. Make this short, sweet and to the point. Make your customers want to click on your link over your competitors.
- Meta Keywords - Put in keywords that best describe the page that you created.
- Include in Menu - if you click no, your page will not show up in the menu of your website. However, it will still show up on search engines which can help drive traffic to your site.
- Is Active - select Yes if you would like your ad to show up on your website. If you are still working on the page click No so customers can not see it.
7. Click Save
Re-arranging Pages
1. Click the double arrow beside the page and drag it up or down to where you'd like it positioned.
2. If the page is indented that means it is a subpage of the main category or Parent Page.
3. Click Save Sort Order.
